Working in the fitness industry creating programs for health and fitness professionals, I saw an opportunity to start the American Academy of Health and Fitness (AAHF) in 2003.
I am proud to say that the inaugural program, SrFit, is now in its third edition and It is one of the most in-depth and most universally recognized senior fitness specialty training programs available today.
As AAHF continued to grow and gain more recognition, Pete Bazzel partnered with me and together, we have created 15 programs for the health and fitness industry.
Today, AAHF encompasses a variety of specialist programs for guiding health and fitness professionals in creating a niche, working with special populations.
